Refund policy

The customer may return the product within 14 days, starting from the day following delivery of the product. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) to your account within 14 days. The shipping costs for returning a product are entirely borne by the customer.

If you wish to return a product, you must notify www.pessary-shop.be within 14 days (starting from the day following delivery) by sending an email to info@pessary-shop.be, clearly stating your order number. The goods must be returned at your own expense to: Kelderbeemd 1A, 2470 Retie. The return must be sent via a recognized courier service, such as bpost.

We can only accept items that meet the following conditions: the packaging must be unopened and undamaged, and the seal must be in its original condition. The products must not have been used.

Products with dirty, damaged, or opened packaging cannot be accepted for return.
